The Wisconsin Stern Steering Association regatta has been postponed to January 18 and 19, 2020. We need some January weather to achieve thickness, not more of this April weather. The next update will be Sunday, January 12. Check back here at that time.

The ISA is considering Lake Puckaway for the January 10th start of the ISA, with the call to be made and available at 6 pm Sunday January 5th.
Lake Puckaway survives recent warm temperatures, rain, snow, and comes through again for ice sailors. The DN Western Region Championship is called on for Lake Puckaway on January 4-5, 2020. Go over to idniyra.org for the latest information.
There will be no 4LIYC racing or Bloody Mary Eye Opener race for January 1, 2020 because we are still waiting for the ice to come online. The club may check ice on Kegonsa Friday, January 3, 2020 so stand by for news.
In the meantime, revisit the history of the infamous Bloody Mary Eye Opener from the venerated 4LIYC newsletter, Runner Tracks, written by Greg Whitehorse in his story, “Krueger Kops Kegonsa Klassic“.
