Good morning from Monona, Wisconsin where it’s a balmy 5F. The International Skeeter Association Regatta and Renegade Championship begins today at 10 AM on Lake Monona. NOAA has issued a wind alert starting at 2 PM so the race committee will try to be as efficient as possible in getting races in this morning. I’ll be writing numbers but will try to live stream some of the action on the 4LIYC Facebook page.Â
