Congratulations to all who participated in the 2022 International Skeeter Association regatta and Renegade Championship on Lake Monona, February 18 – 20. Competitors bore with the course changes due to wind shifts and completed three races in each of their classes on the second day of the ISA and Renegade Championship.
PRO Joe Norton sent the Nites off for their second race when the wind shut down, and he black-flagged the race because it exceeded the time limit. It was a long, cold day on the ice in bright sunshine, we patiently waited, and the wind came back as predicted. There were excellent racing battles in all fleets, particularly the Nite and Renegade.
Racing starts again at 9:30 AM. Below is photo gallery from the Facebook page of Skot Weidmann.
