In consideration of my participation in the 2023 Northwest Regatta , I hereby release all claims I may have against the Northwest Ice Yachting Association and its member clubs, and all Officers and Officials, the regatta volunteers (“Releasees”) for damage to property, personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during or after the regatta. I understand that it is my sole and exclusive responsibility to decide whether or not to race or to start or to continue to race and to evaluate ice conditions in, to, from, or near the race and launch areas.
